What Happened

This century has become more and more threatened by the use of chemicals in farming, refined foods and modified foods that the body is not designed to process. A return to wholefoods and natural products is necessary to regain our health through food.
Its what we eat that shapes our health, its what we breathe, think, say, see, our self image and relation to people and the environment. Researchers say that up to 80% of illness is diet and lifestyle related and can be reversed. The economic cost of diet related illness is now estimated to be 3.2 billion dollars pa and rising
There are many other factors of well being for a healthy happy life as below
A continuous supply of ecosystem services is integral to provide many material factors essential for human well-being, such as shelter, clothing, food, and livelihood. But once a material minimum is attained, human well-being is generally learning by experience
Mental health is a state of complete physical, mental, spiritual and social wellbeing in which each person is able to realise one’s abilities, and function effectively in every day life Poor mental health, loss of wellbeing, and illness have economic and social consequences for everyone. Thankfully mental health services are now readily available and there is no longer a social stigma attached to it. The following factors are important to mental health and well being
 Sense of Security
 Good Social Relations
 Freedom and Choice
 Community Involvement
These components of well-being should not be confused with a life free from all difficulty. The life of virtually every human being has some pain and suffering, and experiences such as occasional bereavement and anxiety do not necessarily signify poor human well-being. However, many people with poor well-being have lives in which suffering is manifested throughout and in which hope, opportunity, and freedom are limited on a re occurring basis.
It is widely acknowledged that a strong relationship exists between physical environments and human health and wellbeing. More specifically, various dimensions of person environment (PE) relationships have been studied relating to the psychological, physical and social aspects of human interactions and transactions. However, health aspects relating to human psychological and physiological relationships and such factors acting upon PE relationships are not well investigated but current governments have begun researching this topic.
. A really simple way to keep your own personal relationships healthy is to remember what you LIKE about your partner, friend and family member and take the trouble to TELL him or her, often from your heart
An important fact of mental health and well being “Laugher produces endorphins which helps alkalize the body” and happy people laugh a lot
People who are angry, unhappy, negative, selfish or jealous can gain a build up of acid in their bodies which can eventually lead to cancer. Thankfully some foods are alkaline and can assist but good mental and emotional wellbeing is crucial
Good Physical health is essential for well being
Physical exercise
is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include
 strengthening muscles
 cardiovascular system
 honing athletic skills
 weight loss or maintenance and for enjoyment
Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent the diseases bought on by modern affluence” such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease and obesity It also improves mental health, helps prevent depression, promote and maintain positive self-esteem, it can even assist an individual’s sex appeal or body image, which again is also linked with higher levels of self-esteem. Child hood obesity is a growing global concern and physical exercise can help decrease the effects of childhood obesity in developed countries.
